1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using x402WALL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

x402WALL is a digital pixel marketplace built on the Solana blockchain. Users can purchase, customize, and resell pixel blocks using USDC cryptocurrency.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using x402WALL, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3. Wallet and Payments

To purchase pixels, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack). All transactions are processed in USDC on the Solana blockchain using the x402 payment protocol.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
  • All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
  • We are not responsible for any loss due to wallet compromise or user error
  • Transaction fees (if any) are your responsibility

4. Pixel Ownership

When you purchase pixels on x402WALL, you acquire the right to display content in that pixel space and to resell those pixels to other users. This is a license to use the pixel space, not ownership of intellectual property or the underlying platform.

Pixel ownership can be transferred through the resale mechanism. The original price is $1 per pixel. Resale prices are set by owners. 95% of resale revenue goes to the seller, 5% to the treasury.

5. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all content you upload to your pixel space. You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains explicit adult content or nudity
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or scam content
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
  • Impersonates other individuals or entities

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without refund.

6. Platform Fees

Initial pixel purchases: 80% to platform, 20% to treasury ($WALL token holders). Resales: 95% to seller, 5% to treasury. These rates may be adjusted with notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your expectations.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies involve inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, x402WALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
